This was the third installment of a very popular five part series. Tsui Hark directs this spoof of the Mission Impossible and James Bond series - featuring cast members from both (Peter Graves, Richard Kiel and Harold Sakata).

King Kong (Sam Hui) is commissioned by a man who claims to be Mr. Bond, a special agent from the British Secret Service, to recover the Queen's stolen crown jewels, which are now in Hong Kong. Back in Hong Kong, a Secret Service man from the Bond Street Headquarters, Mr. Tom Collins, has just arrived to find that Mr. Bond is actually the leader of a gang of international crooks.

After King Kong carries out his mission, he is then summoned by the Governor to assist Collins in retrieving the stolen goods and apprehending Mr. Bond's gang.
