A fun and original story about a rich
company manger who becomes a beggar after his corrupt boss fires him.
When a company CEO is fired for
refusing to take bribes from a corrupt boss, he find himself homeless
and jobless. But once he meets a beautiful, young blind woman, his
optimism returns and he sets out to claim back what he has lost.
Gallen Law plays Ha Kong, a yuppie
super-rich company manager whose lifestyle is drastically changed when
his boss dies. The boss' son takes over the company and cans Ha Kong.
Made to 'disappear' for a couple of days, Ha re-emerges as a beggar
crawling though Causeway Bay. Unwittingly, he finds himself on the
'turf' of a team of professional beggars, led by Brother Jing (Eric Kot).
The team pick him up and soon he lands
a job in a pharmaceuticals company. The firm owes millions to the Tung
Group and, after falling for his new boss' daughter (GiGi Leung), and
with the help of his new jobless companions and his godfather (Spencer
Lam), Ha strikes back at his former employer.
