本片為程剛於1969年導演的賣座武俠片，由娃娃影后李菁領銜主演。故事描述平西王曹國威因與金龍山強盜結仇，女兒曹翠娥（顧媚）被擄走；曹非常焦急，請劍俠岳震北（唐菁）幫忙，岳估計一人之力不夠，遂邀友之妹、百步穿楊的神箭手馬金鈴（李菁）一同去金龍山破盜寨；他們又去找深通水性的漁夫李小七（谷峰）；李又推薦力大如牛的樵夫牛邁（井淼）；四人步步小心，途上又遇暗中相助的神偷梁上飛（王光裕）……
