Dick Nam (Andy Hui) works as for the CID; and Junk (Simon Loui) is his colleague and roommate. One night, they receive an order to arrest triad boss Master Fai (Michael Tse), charging him with drug trafficking; but only a small amount of narcotics are found during the operation.

They suspect that is a traitor in their midst, who is informing Fai. After killing gangster Fai, Dick and Junk hide out at Lantau Island, but Fai's subordinates arranges a succession of criminal activities to incriminate his friends and family. Seeing his family and beloved friends get killed, raped, and left naked on the street; Dick knows there is only one way to rescue them, and that is...a Killing End.
