This semi-sequel to La Brassiere once again teams up the main characters, this time taking on the world of baby apparel.

Lena, Johnny, and Wayne have been commissioned to expand a new business specializing in merchandise for infants, under the Mighty Baby umbrella. Johnny, who is now a supervising executive, hires a neurotic secretary, Sabrina, to help deal with the workload. Meanwhile, Lena has brought in baby expert Boey to help her befriend, Wayne, with his baby-phobia.

As the deadlines near, Johnny and Wayne must once again overcome the obstacles of dealing with special clientele, if they are to bring their "What Babies Want" product line to the masses.
