Japan staged the "September 18th Incident" in 1931, occupied
Northeast China, and continued their encroachment upon China. The
government determined to convey cultural relics in the newly founded
Palace Museum to Southeast China. This program had been
interviewed with citizens and workers involved in the south migration.
