Cheung Dee (Andy Lau), together with his best friends Long Life Cheun and Holy Sand, set up a valet parking counter outside of a restaurant owned by a triad organization which he is affiliated with. By accident, Cheung finds out that the sun of his triad head, Tai Tze, is fiercely attacked by Song Bo. To save Tai's life, Cheung attacks Song and leaves a scar on his face, as well as lands him in jail for five years. During this time in jail, the seeds are planted for revenge.

From that moment, the only person that can cheer up Cheung is his best girl friend, Ruby. Yet, Cheung has his heart set on Sandy (Gigi Leung), a young solicitor who helped set him free in an assault case. No sooner has their love relationship blossomed than Cheungs nightmare has begun.
